Santha Sasidharan Nair is a Strategic Planner, Project Manager, Administrator and Human Resource Management expert. She has more than 35 years’ experience in these fields. For the success of a project she does the pre-planning with sufficient research work and study before starting the project. She marks each milestone and strives to achieve them with meticulous planning, timely execution and quick decision making.
Santha Sasidharan Nair is fond of films, the fine arts, music, and theatre. Being a pious religious person, she is very much interested in the study of the Ramayan, the Mahabharath and the Hindu Puranas.
Besides being the Trustee of Malayalam Foundation, a non-profit organization for the promotion of arts, literature and music, she is also on the Board of Directors of the Malayalam Film and Television Chamber.
